Rutherford Management Company is in search of a dedicated Leasing Consultant to enhance our leasing operations. In this role, you will be pivotal in crafting exceptional leasing experiences for our clients, which is integral to our mission. Compensation and Benefits

Our Leasing Consultants receive competitive pay ranging from $22 to $24 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities

As a Leasing Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market analysis and developing marketing strategies.
  • Creating and placing advertisements to attract potential tenants.
  • Scheduling and conducting property tours.
  • Ensuring properties are prepared for leasing and maintaining administrative tasks related to lease agreements.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and managing resident service requests.
  • Contributing to a positive living environment for residents.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, with a preference for property management experience.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with OneSite is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both individual and small group settings.
  • A strong passion for leasing in a customer-oriented environment.
  • Core competencies include strong interpersonal skills, leadership, effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and self-management.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Willingness to travel between properties as needed for various meetings and training sessions.

Work Schedule

The typical work hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. However, during peak leasing periods or special projects, hours may be adjusted. Properties with occupancy rates below 95% will require weekend availability for leasing tours.
