Position Overview

New Property Launch

Shapell Properties Inc is excited to announce the opening of a brand new 228-unit luxury community in Santa Clarita. We are in search of a dynamic, self-driven, and skilled Leasing Consultant with a minimum of one year of experience in managing high-quality properties. A solid foundation in sales, marketing, and customer service will be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive leasing experience and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. This role requires the ability to generate enthusiasm for our new community, showcasing creativity, building rapport, and fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and enhance the company's marketing initiatives.
  • Generate a steady stream of qualified leads.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining effective resident retention strategies.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to prospective residents.
  • Conduct property tours and maintain a high closing ratio.
  • Follow up with potential residents and ensure community cleanliness and presentation.
  • Organize and coordinate resident events.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with other properties to stay informed about market conditions.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, including weekends.

Training Location: To be determined.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of relevant industry experience with a proven track record of successful leasing.
  • Strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Experience with affordable housing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Yardi and CRM systems is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wage of $22.00.
  • Leasing bonuses.
