Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for our Leasing Consultants ranges from $22 to $24 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities

As a Leasing Consultant, you will:

  • Conduct market research and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Generate leads through advertising and secure appointments for property viewings.
  • Maximize rental opportunities by ensuring properties are ready for the market.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to lease agreements and renewals.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and manage service requests efficiently.
  • Contribute to creating a positive living environment for residents.

Your role will be dynamic and engaging, ensuring that you play a vital part in enhancing the lives of our residents.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service; property management experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with OneSite is a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills for engaging with clients and team members.
  • A genuine passion for leasing and customer service.
  • Core competencies include excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and self-management.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Willingness to travel between properties as needed for meetings and training.

Work Schedule

Typical working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm. However, flexibility is required during peak leasing periods or special projects, including weekend availability for properties with lower occupancy rates.
