Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, and your role will be to showcase our exceptional apartment communities and provide an unforgettable leasing experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet prospective residents, showcasing our apartment communities and highlighting the benefits of living with Western National Group
  • Conduct tours of our properties, providing personalized and engaging experiences for our guests
  • Utilize your sales and marketing skills to convert leads into leases, meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with our team to drive traffic to our properties and promote our brand

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in the property management industry
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills highly desired
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with a college degree preferred
