Clinical Records Nurse

As a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in medical records, you will be pivotal in delivering patient care through a structured nursing process that encompasses assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Charge Nurse(s) to assess and devise individual treatment plans, ensuring alignment with patient needs.
- Administer medications, conduct diagnostic tests, and assist in minor surgical procedures as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of nursing encounters utilizing the SOAP charting method, adhering to established policies and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and supervisory personnel to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in mandatory training sessions and staff meetings to enhance professional development.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- A minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience is preferred.
