Overview:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in delivering patient care through the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Charge Nurse(s) to provide patient education and care activities aligned with your qualifications and training.
- Assist in evaluating and planning personalized treatment programs, consulting with Charge Nurse(s) and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Execute medical protocols by administering medications, conducting diagnostic tests, and aiding in medical or minor surgical procedures when required.
- Manage controlled substances and ensure clinical and technical care adheres to established policies and protocols.
- Accurately document nursing interactions using the SOAP charting method as mandated by policy and participate in required staff meetings and training sessions.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare personnel as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Preferred minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience.
