As a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in delivering quality healthcare services to individuals in need. Your primary focus will be on patient care through the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Charge Nurse(s) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Administer medications and perform diagnostic tests as per medical protocols.
- Assist in minor surgical procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Maintain accurate documentation of nursing encounters using the SOAP method.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, including physicians and supervisory personnel.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Preferred experience of at least one (1) year in a clinical setting.
