As a Registered Nurse (RN), your primary role will be to deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will operate under the guidance of Charge Nurse(s) to provide patient education and engage in activities aligned with your competencies and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in evaluating and designing individual treatment plans, collaborating with Charge Nurse(s) and other staff as necessary.
  • Execute medical plans by administering medications, conducting diagnostic tests, and assisting with medical or minor surgical procedures as required.
  • Manage controlled substances and adhere to clinical and technical care protocols as per established policies.
  • Document nursing interactions using the SOAP format as mandated by policy and participate in mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Communicate essential information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisory personnel as needed.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Preferably possess a minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience.
