Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide exceptional patient care.

  • Administer medications, conduct diagnostic tests, and assist with medical procedures as required.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and protocols by counting controlled substances and executing clinical care tasks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of nursing encounters using the SOAP format as mandated by policy.
  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and supervisory personnel to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Preferred minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience.
