Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues
  • Monitor and resolve complex technical incidents in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with senior technical staff to escalate complex issues and provide solutions
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as user account management and software updates
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the IT service desk experience
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support during designated periods
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows operating systems, and mobile device management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Experience with Office 365 administration and Lenovo hardware
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and mobile device management
