Administrative Assistant Opportunity

Remedi SeniorCare is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join its Consulting team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to the General Manager and other pharmacy leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, anticipating needs and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare agendas, schedules, and materials for meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel as requested.
  • Collect and analyze data, preparing summaries and written correspondence as needed.
  • Conduct research to assist with projects and inquiries, staying within your skill and expertise level.
  • Complete projects efficiently, providing regular updates on progress.
  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Assist with onboarding staff and Front Desk coverage.
  • Support regulatory compliance by maintaining records and monitoring progress.
Requirements:
  • High School graduate or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative role, with healthcare experience a plus.
  • Understanding of clerical procedures and systems, including recordkeeping, filing, and office equipment.
  • Valid driver's license for local deliveries and pickups.
