- Oversee the Temple calendar and ensure all events are scheduled appropriately.
- Document minutes from Board and Congregational meetings and distribute them as needed.
- Provide prospective members with information about Temple services.
- Encourage the use of Temple facilities by members and external parties.
- Assist with cemetery management and related tasks.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, particularly in a supportive capacity.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple calendars and appointments effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities for interaction with various stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in document preparation and scheduling.
- Time Management: Skill in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
