Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at 48forty Solutions and Relogistics Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, processing Bills of Lading, and invoicing.
  • Communicate with vendors, drivers, and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist with training and coaching of team members, and provide feedback to improve performance.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Three or more years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment, with regular exposure to computer screens and other office equipment. The noise level in the work environment is moderate, and the employee will be required to wear safety shoes and follow safety protocols.

Hourly pay is competitive and dependent on experience.
