Front Office Administrative Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services to support the front office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, closing shipments, generating Commercial Invoices, SED filing, and trouble-shooting sales folders. Additionally, this role will cover front desk responsibilities, including order office supplies, mail intake and distribution, greeting guests, coordinating visitor sign in, maintaining courier log and distribution, maintaining conference room calendar, and maintaining phone list.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide administrative support to the front office team
* Assist with data entry and closing shipments
* Generate Commercial Invoices and SED filings
* Troubleshoot sales folders and track accessorial charges
* Cover front desk responsibilities, including order office supplies, mail intake and distribution, greeting guests, coordinating visitor sign in, maintaining courier log and distribution, maintaining conference room calendar, and maintaining phone list

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1 year of data entry experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Bilingual - Spanish preferred
