Job Brief

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Provide general support to visitors, including greeting and directing them to the appropriate person or area.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
