Position Summary
We are in search of a meticulous and dedicated Client Relations Coordinator to enhance our customer service team. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic setting while exhibiting exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone, delivering courteous and positive service to clients and sales personnel.
- Address questions related to products, pricing, deliveries, and returns.
- Provide accurate shipping information and product samples.
- Generate quotes for our lighting agents efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with production and shipping departments to ensure timely processing and dispatch of customer orders.
- Offer assistance and support to the external sales team as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Friendly, service-oriented demeanor.
- Excellent communication abilities, keen attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to a busy office support team.
- Proficient in Word, Windows, Outlook, Google, etc., with a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
- Strong foundational skills in basic math and English.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.
