Position Overview:

The role of the Client Relations Specialist is essential in supporting local offices by managing various administrative tasks. This position plays a crucial role in fostering relationships with clients, skilled professionals, and internal staff. Responsibilities include addressing incoming inquiries, assisting with payroll and invoicing, managing client profiles, providing general customer service, and contributing to various initiatives. You will be part of a collaborative team that tackles innovative challenges while maintaining a positive and engaging work environment.

**This position is fully remote and part-time (20 to 25 hours per week).**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Assistance – Build rapport and support employees with inquiries, updates to profiles and documentation, ensuring a top-notch employee experience.
  • Client Engagement – Deliver exceptional service to clients through effective communication and ensure meticulous record-keeping of client profiles, including all necessary documentation and certifications.
  • Office Support – Enhance the client experience for our offices by facilitating communication through updates, reporting, and regular check-ins on performance.

  • Ability to meet departmental KPIs and objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, with experience in standard office applications such as Word and Excel.
