Traveler Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding their trips and travel plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided to customers
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
