Job SummaryWe are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a liaison for internal and external customers, providers, and clients, you will provide exceptional customer service and support in a diverse community.
Responsibilities- Obtain and enter accurate customer information into the reservations system
- Complete customer reservations in a timely and courteous manner
- Provide customers with information on services provided and direct them as needed
- Work within the RouteMatch system to accommodate trips as needed
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Bilingual
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
- General knowledge of the Denver Metro area
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to work in a Windows environment
- $22.50/hour
