Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a liaison for internal and external customers, providers, and clients, you will provide exceptional customer service and support in a diverse community.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain and enter accurate customer information into the reservations system
  • Complete customer reservations in a timely and courteous manner
  • Provide customers with information on services provided and direct them as needed
  • Work within the RouteMatch system to accommodate trips as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Bilingual
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
  • General knowledge of the Denver Metro area
  • Basic computer knowledge and the ability to work in a Windows environment
