About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team at the Denver Dumb Friends League. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our patrons over the phone, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and handle incoming phone calls, providing accurate and timely information to patrons.
  • Route calls as needed, ensuring that patrons receive the support they require.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and scheduling appointments for services.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all interactions.
  • Contribute to and lead initiatives to improve processes and procedures, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience in a high-volume call center or similar environment.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

As a Bilingual Call Center Representative at the Denver Dumb Friends League, you will enjoy a competitive salary, starting at $20.00-$20.90 per hour, plus a $1 language differential. Work Environment

You will work in a general office setting, with occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals, fumes, dust, animal dander, and feces. You may also be required to drive League vehicles regularly.
