About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service specialist to join our team at EF Go Ahead Tours. As a Traveler Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our travelers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to travelers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize your language skills to communicate with Spanish-speaking travelers and provide support in their preferred language.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions to travelers.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product information to ensure accurate and informed responses to traveler inquiries.
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction by identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance the traveler experience.
