Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls, providing accurate information and routing calls to relevant personnel.
- Assist with will-call customers and prepare shipping paperwork.
- Coordinate with freight lines to arrange order pickups and complete data entry for shipments.
- Provide customer service assistance to Customer Service Representatives and run reports as requested.
- Back up warehouse functions during annual inventory and communicate with the manufacturing plant regarding product scheduling and delivery.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- 1-year prior office-related work experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents and use a computer for company processes.
