The successful candidate will work with SFI clients from initial contact to truck pickup, while assisting SFI Account Administrators with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to SFI clients through phone calls, email messages, and in-person conversations.
- Present information to small groups of clients during truck closings.
- Support SFI Account Administrators by making calls to clients, setting up travel arrangements, reviewing documents, and providing truck closing assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of lease documents, insurance documents, invoices, titles, and other business-related documents.
- Associate degree.
- 1-2 years of professional work experience preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Able to take initiative and work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with public speaking.
