About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Director to join our team at Plant Riverside District. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu concepts, ensuring they align with our brand's culinary vision and standards.
  • Culinary Operations: Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring consistency and quality across all stations.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate our culinary team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals and objectives.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring we maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with all food safety and quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for our culinary team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Culinary Degree: A degree in culinary arts or a related field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role, with a proven track record of success in menu development, team management, and inventory control.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Food Safety and Quality: A strong understanding of food safety and quality standards, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
