The Team:
The Central Finance Planning and Analysis (CFP&A) Team is focused on enhancing impact through collaboration and responsible management of resources and operating expenses across the foundation.

Your Role:
As a Lead Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist, you will be pivotal in connecting data analysis with financial modeling. This role is crucial for supporting our ambitious growth strategies by ensuring reliable data sources and creating comprehensive reports, models, and forecasts tailored for executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Collaboration and Solution Development**
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify challenges and document requirements.
- Serve as the liaison between users and technical teams to develop reporting solutions.
- Ensure deliverables align with business needs and assist in prioritization.
- Provide prompt support to resolve any issues.
- Foster an inclusive culture through effective communication and timely resolution of partner concerns.

2. **Data Integrity and Consistency**
- Investigate and ensure the accuracy of data sources across the organization.
- Identify and address data-related issues that affect financial models and decision-making.
- Collaborate with various divisions to source and understand vendor and system data.
- Supervise internal data requirements and project progress.

3. **Financial Instrumentation Development**
- Create and maintain a financial knowledge base, including reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support strategic decisions.
- Review financial outcomes and provide guidance for cost optimization.
- Maintain a continuous financial overview of the organization, focusing on key performance indicators.

4. **Modeling and Forecasting**
- Develop and assess sophisticated financial models and forecasts.
- Conduct analyses to support staffing decisions and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance reporting and visualizations for decision-making.

Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and executive-level content delivery.
- Strong analytical skills in Excel, including expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Familiarity with data architecture principles and experience with EPM platforms is preferred.

Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Capacity to identify connections in data and articulate them effectively.
- Experience working collaboratively in an agile environment to develop reporting solutions.
