Role Responsibilities: As part of the Global Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing standardization and operational efficiency across our finance functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with regional finance teams to achieve financial goals.
  2. Overseeing month-end financial reporting and analyzing variances between actual expenditures and forecasts.
  3. Leading ad hoc financial analyses and preparing month-end commentary in partnership with various finance and accounting teams.
  4. Ensuring adherence to financial and accounting regulations and internal controls.
  5. Continuously monitoring and improving existing financial processes and controls.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, tax, or a related analytical field.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience in identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful financial models and analyses that drive business improvements.
  • Advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA).
  • Experience with large-scale data analysis tools and financial systems.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and data interpretation.
  • Experience in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
