We are currently seeking a talented Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is based in our offices and involves significant contributions to our financial operations.

The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our business functions through the development of annual plans, quarterly forecasts, monthly financial closes, and variance analyses. This position will also involve generating ad-hoc reports and engaging in various projects as required by the operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to provide essential quantitative and qualitative insights that inform business decisions, including long-term strategic planning and annual operating plans.
  • Consolidate and prepare quarterly forecasting submissions, ensuring timely input from finance partners and operational teams to meet corporate deadlines.
  • Prepare materials for monthly meetings focused on Risks and Opportunities with the CFO and other senior leaders.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses, special projects, and reporting as necessary.
  • Perform variance analysis to identify performance drivers, including fleet deployment and exchange rate impacts.
  • Assist in the creation of finance and business presentations along with relevant supporting materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Proficient in advanced financial modeling and Excel.
  • Capable of preparing and presenting financial analyses to audiences without a finance background.
  • Experience with Hyperion Essbase is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven experience in consulting and collaborating with various business units.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Position Details

This is a hybrid position, requiring candidates to be within commuting distance to our offices and able to work on-site a minimum of three days per week.
