Lead Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We are currently seeking a talented Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our dynamic team, with the position available in our Seattle or Miami offices.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our business operations by preparing the annual plan, quarterly forecasts, monthly financial close, and variance analysis. You will also assist with various ad-hoc reports and projects as required by the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to provide essential quantitative and qualitative insights that drive business decisions, including long-term strategic planning and annual operating plans.
- Consolidate and prepare quarterly forecasting submissions in collaboration with finance partners and operations teams to meet corporate deadlines.
- Prepare materials for monthly Risks and Opportunities meetings with senior leadership, including the CFO.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses, special projects, and reporting as necessary.
- Perform variance analysis to identify performance drivers, including fleet deployment and currency exchange fluctuations.
- Assist in the development of financial and business presentations along with supporting documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficient in advanced financial modeling and Excel.
- Ability to present financial analyses to audiences without a finance background.
- Experience with Hyperion Essbase is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven experience in consulting and collaborating with various business units.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid position based in our Seattle, WA or Miami, FL offices. Candidates must be able to commute to the office three days a week.
