Position Overview
Carnival Corporation & plc is a leader in the cruise industry, providing exceptional travel experiences since its inception. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
In collaboration with the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will deliver critical quantitative and qualitative insights essential for informed business decisions. Your role will encompass:

  • Consolidating and preparing quarterly forecasting submissions with contributions from finance partners and operational teams to adhere to corporate timelines.
  • Creating materials for monthly Risks and Opportunities meetings with executive leadership.
  • Conducting ad-hoc analyses, special projects, and reporting as necessary.
  • Performing variance analysis to identify performance drivers, including fleet deployment and currency exchange fluctuations.
  • Assisting in the development of financial and business presentations along with supporting documentation.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
  • Advanced skills in Financial Modeling and Excel.
  • The ability to prepare and present financial analyses to audiences without a finance background.
  • Experience with Hyperion Essbase is advantageous.
  • A keen attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Work Environment
This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to be within commuting distance to our offices. Employees are expected to work on-site three days a week.
