About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Consultant to join our team at Fidelity Investments. As a key member of our financial planning team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth financial planning consultations with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized financial plans that align with our clients' objectives.
  • Collaborate with our financial consultants and wealth planners to provide comprehensive financial solutions to our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice.
  • Mentor and support the development of our junior team members.
Requirements
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 licensed and appropriate state registrations OR ability to acquire series 65/66 upon hire.
  • Financial services experience preferably in financial planning.
  • Degree and/or other professional certifications such as CFP are helpful; if you don't already have a CFP or degree, our Tuition Reimbursement program can help you obtain one.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $100,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
