Commercial Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Syneos Health Careers. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our well-known and respected consumer products for oral health to General Practice Dentists and Periodontists across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with dental healthcare professionals in your assigned territory.
- Deliver scientific product presentations to customers, highlighting the features, benefits, and services of our products.
- Understand and address the business and scientific-oriented needs of dental healthcare professionals by engaging in meaningful dialogue to determine underlying patient needs and determine how our products could address such needs.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals by consistently meeting or exceeding call expectations and developing effective sales strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Recent college graduate or 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or dental industry.
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Sales aptitude and a competitive drive.
- Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts.
