About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Dental Sales Representative to join our team at Syneos Health Careers. As a key member of our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division, you will play a critical role in promoting well-known and respected consumer products for oral health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage an assigned territory, calling on General Practice Dentist and Periodontist practices to promote our products.
  • Independently plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory, understanding and addressing both business and scientific-oriented needs of dental healthcare professionals.
  • Deliver scientific product presentations to customers in the territory, outlining products, features, benefits, and services.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals, working closely with our cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Recent College Graduate or 1-2 years of experience in Hygiene, Business-to-Business (B2B), or Pharmaceutical Sales.
  • Proven track record of success with outside sales experience.
  • Sales Aptitude REQUIRED.
  • Knowledge and experience in the dental field preferred.
  • Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts.
