We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Business Development Manager to join our team at Acosta. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing sales revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Business Plans: Create and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets for assigned customers.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth for our clients.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans and achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of business plans and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Relevant Work Experience: A minimum of six months of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and increasing sales revenue.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as experience with web-based applications.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
