Job OverviewTriad Metals International is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and develop strategic relationships with key customers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Negotiate and close agreements with customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in steel sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Analytical skills with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
