Job Title: Client Development Executive

Berkheimer Business Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services and exceptional client experience.
  • Provide regular business reviews and insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
