About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive growth and retention

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving growth and retention in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
