Project Manager

As a Project Manager - Customer Success at Zenoti, you will be responsible for leading multiple customer engagements and projects that drive adoption and usage of our system features, integrations, and solutions. You will work closely with our Professional Services team to ensure engagements and projects are well-defined, planned, executed efficiently, and delivered with high quality and predictability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple customer engagements and projects to drive adoption and usage of Zenoti system features, integrations, and solutions.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solution Consultants to drive solutions, proposals, and SOWs from pre-sale to post-sale.
- Manage project engagement information, including requirements definition, scope, solutions, costs estimates, schedules, metrics, and status reporting.
- Manage customer expectations and relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Manage internal and external cross-team dependencies and coordinate across teams on initiatives and blocking issues.
Requirements
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in the areas of teamwork, stakeholder management, and ability to influence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
- Good understanding of MS Excel, MS Office, and Google apps, Jira, Basecamp, Smartsheet.
- Good understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
- Strong technical background and ability to understand complex product functionality, design, and technical issues.
