Job Summary

Thales DIS CPL USA is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to complement our innovations, efficiencies, and capabilities with our valued customers' business objectives and priorities, thereby driving higher business value and executive alignment between Thales and our customers.

Main Responsibilities

The Senior Customer Success Manager will be accountable for driving customer adoption and success by providing oversight, adoption recommendations, opportunities for greater service, and risk management. Key areas of responsibility include serving as the primary point of contact post-implementation, assuming overall customer onboarding and adoption responsibility, and encouraging up-selling and cross-selling of the portfolio.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering or another relevant field of study; or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of account management or customer success management experience is required, along with a proven track record and demonstrable skills at presenting technical information at the business executive level or at the architect level. Proficient with and understanding the foundation concepts of data protection (key management and encryption) is also necessary. Extensive experience in consulting, pre-sales engineering, or implementation of IT systems, preferably cloud service and/or data protection, is required. Prior experience in process improvement and decision-making is also a plus.
