Job Title: New Business Executive - Government Sales

Sodexo is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a New Business Executive - Government Sales. This role requires a deep understanding of the federal government market and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target federal government agencies and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within federal government agencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit bids for federal government contracts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the federal government market.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the federal acquisition regulation (FAR) and federal procurement processes.
