RTM Business Group is a dynamic and innovative company that specializes in professional development conferences and events. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Delegate Account Executive to join our team.

About the Role

As a Delegate Account Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with C-Level and other senior executives, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth. You will work closely with our internal teams to develop event collateral, materials, and follow-up strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to target C-Level executives
  • Utilize social selling techniques to build relationships and generate leads
  • Travel nationally to attend events and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage tasks and projects using our CRM and Airtable
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop event materials and follow-up strategies

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales or marketing
  • Ability to travel nationally for events
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for professional learning and development
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
