Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the precise and timely preparation and review of quarterly and annual filings on Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K, ensuring compliance with SEC and US GAAP standards.
  • Assist in creating materials for Audit Committee, Disclosure Committee, and Investor Relations presentations.
  • Stay updated on FASB, SEC, and other regulatory bodies to assess the implications of new guidelines and evolving accounting standards; provide interpretations and technical documentation on US GAAP and SEC matters.
  • Enhance documentation related to internal controls over financial reporting.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors for the preparation and review of financial statements and disclosures as per SEC and US GAAP requirements.
  • Provide coaching and support to direct reports to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Deliver actionable insights in response to ad hoc financial information requests and analyses using various reporting tools.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with various functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by seeking ways to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate complex issues effectively with internal and external stakeholders across various levels of management.
  • Oversee the quarterly Certification process.
  • Conduct high-quality and timely analyses and reviews as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree, CPA required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of strong SEC Reporting experience.
  • Experience in large public accounting audits with a focus on public companies.
  • At least 4 years of management experience.
