Position Overview:

We are in search of a proficient Senior Financial Reporting Manager to oversee the preparation and submission of the Company's regulatory documentation to the SEC. This pivotal role is essential for ensuring that precise financial data is delivered to both internal and external stakeholders, adhering to US GAAP and SEC standards. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical foundation in accounting, strong leadership skills, and the capability to cultivate relationships across various departments within the organization.

Key Duties:

  • Oversee the preparation and evaluation of quarterly and annual reports for SEC submissions.
  • Provide expert guidance on accounting practices and disclosure obligations.
  • Manage documentation related to internal controls over financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during the financial statement review process.
  • Mentor and support team members to ensure prompt resolution of challenges.
  • Generate insights for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Establish strong connections with stakeholders.
  • Promote ongoing process enhancements.
  • Effectively communicate with both internal and external teams.
  • Supervise the quarterly Certification process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA certification is mandatory.
  • 7-10 years of experience in financial reporting.
  • Thorough knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
