Sales Representative

The main responsibility of the Sales Representative position is to attract and engage new clientele for our organization and key partner distributors. The selected individual will collaborate with Regional Managers within their designated area under the guidance of the Regional Director. The Sales Representative will conduct outreach to potential customers who are not currently utilizing our services, assist our partners with product demonstrations, support Regional Managers at promotional events and exhibitions, and may also sell directly to certain clients who are not purchasing through a partner distributor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Submit a monthly activity report to the Regional Director
- Engage in weekly sales discussions with the Regional Director to assess:
- specifics
- Activities across the client portfolio
- Client portfolio
- Sales pipeline
- Communicate all significant developments in the area to the Regional Director promptly and accurately regarding:
- Current product performance
- Market insights
- Distributor activities
- Attend and engage in necessary trade exhibitions, workshops, and promotional events
- Participate in training programs
- Focus on Targeted Clients
- Collaborate with prioritized clients and reach out to them at least once every three months
- Arrange introductory meetings
- Build rapport with clients to understand their requirements
- Record all interactions in the system
- Product Demonstrations
- Conduct regular demonstrations for qualified prospects
- Maintain records of all activities in the system
- Manage the distributor database, both existing and competitive (Client Information List)
Education:
A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
Experience:
0-2+ years of experience in sales or relevant internship
Skills & Attributes for Success:
Outstanding prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
Strategic thinking and adaptability to changing circumstances
Professional and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
Enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge in technical, financial/business aspects and client needs
Technical Proficiency:
Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
