Job Overview

Position Summary: The Non-Profit Coordinator is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support the operations of our organization. This role involves managing communications, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient office processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and guidance to team members on various operational tasks and software applications.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries appropriately and taking messages as needed.
  • Organize and prepare agendas for meetings, documenting minutes and action items.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff as required.
  • Maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and managing work schedules.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely correspondence.
  • Compile and maintain records of office activities and transactions.
  • Process invoices, contracts, and other financial documents.
  • Utilize office equipment such as printers, scanners, and computers effectively.
  • Draft, format, and proofread various documents and reports.
  • Review and manage files and records to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
  • Assist in the preparation of business forms and expense reports.
  • Maintain filing systems and databases to ensure organized records.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address inquiries and provide information.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and manage financial transactions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to office equipment.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.
