Position Overview: Business Coordinator
As a Business Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our General and Administrative team, ensuring that Mach consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences from the initial engagement through to product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Create proposals, presentations, and business plans while assisting in negotiations.
- Facilitate discussions and follow-ups with clients to cover all facets of the sales process.
- Evaluate contract estimates, including proposed materials and production costs, to ensure accuracy and profitability.
- Maintain and update CRM data to ensure all records are precise and current.
Marketing and Event Management:
- Oversee the Marketing team’s efforts regarding the company’s social media presence, content, and various media campaigns.
- Manage the calendar for trade shows, conferences, and expos, including registration and booth management.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to enhance service delivery.
Project Coordination:
- Oversee and manage special projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones while tracking progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation and mediation capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail to identify inconsistencies in contracts.
- Prior experience in customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to anticipate needs and manage the sales and purchasing process according to strict timelines.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement in processes and enhance the efficiency of sales efforts.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a business coordination, administrative, or project management capacity.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is advantageous.
Technical Proficiencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
- Familiarity with financial software is a plus.
