Position Overview: Business Coordinator

As a Business Coordinator, you will play a vital role within our General and Administrative team, ensuring that Mach consistently delivers outstanding customer experiences from the first interaction through to product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Create proposals, presentations, business plans, and assist in negotiations.
  • Facilitate discussions and follow-ups with clients to cover all aspects of the sales process.
  • Evaluate contract estimates, including proposed materials and production costs, to ensure they are reasonable and profitable.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data.

Marketing and Event Management:

  • Oversee the Marketing team’s activities related to the company’s social media presence, content, and various media campaigns.
  • Manage the calendar for trade shows, conferences, and expos, including registration and booth display management.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to enhance service delivery.

Project Coordination:

  • Oversee and manage special projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, tracking progress effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong negotiation and mediation capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to identify inconsistencies in contracts.
  • Previous experience in customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and manage the sales and purchasing process according to strict schedules.
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in processes and enhancing sales efficiency.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a business coordination, administrative, or project management role.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is advantageous.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with financial software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment: Hybrid work model requiring in-office presence for at least two full days a week.
