We are currently on the lookout for a Client Intake Coordinator to join our team.

This position involves a range of administrative responsibilities, including welcoming and registering clients, managing phone inquiries, performing data entry tasks, and more.

Additionally, you will be tasked with collecting client financial details to ensure we maintain comprehensive records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial client interviews to gather essential information during their first visit.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including consent forms, fee agreements, and billing arrangements.
  • Verify insurance eligibility, including coverage details and effective dates.
  • Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering assistance as needed.

Qualifications:

An Associate's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Schedule:

Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with extended hours on Tuesdays.
