About the Role

The Omnichannel Experience Strategy team at Gap Inc. is responsible for defining and evolving the Old Navy omni vision and strategy. This involves identifying and evaluating opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional partners to build omni capabilities and drive strategic initiatives from inception to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the identification, planning, and success of ON brand and channel strategy initiatives
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, including data analysis, financial modeling, and market research
  • Develop and deliver workplans that drive value creation across Old Navy
  • Support cross-functional business partners with analytical insights and problem-solving
  • Own work planning, hypotheses generation, issue identification, and analytical framework development
Requirements
  • Preferred experience in management consulting or private equity, ideally in omni-channel retail
  • Understanding of the retail landscape, key drivers, and fundamentals
  • Demonstrated track record as an outstanding problem solver and strategic thinker
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, actionable recommendations
