Position Overview:
The Sales Executive will take charge of the entire business-to-business sales cycle, which includes prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and ultimately closing deals. The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter who excels in a detail-oriented environment and possesses B2B sales experience.

In this role, you will initially focus on understanding market demands, industry sales techniques, brand visibility, and networking. As you advance, you will lead the sales and marketing initiatives in the multi-family and new construction sectors, with potential expansion into commercial markets. This position requires regular engagement with potential clients and gathering market intelligence in person.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and close prospects throughout the defined sales cycle.

  • Engage with potential customers through various channels.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Document sales activities and progress using the company CRM.

  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations teams to address operational needs.
  • Create detailed proposals using company software.
  • Conduct thorough security assessments to address customer concerns.
  • Maintain a calendar to manage meetings and sales planning.

Success Factors:
As a Sales Executive at S3 Security, your objective is to oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closure. This will involve various strategic methods such as cold calling, in-person prospecting, attending trade shows, and building relationships within the industry.

To excel in this role, you should be prepared to:
  • Make multiple outbound visits or calls daily to prospective clients.
  • Connect regularly with in-process customer prospects to assess needs and follow up on proposals.
  • Continuously seek and develop new sales leads.
  • Evaluate potential customers to ensure alignment with company criteria.
  • Engage in a structured ramp-up period as defined by your sales manager.
  • Demonstrate a competitive spirit and a collaborative mindset.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong competitiveness, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to devise innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and Google Suite.
  • Effective time management and decision-making skills.
  • Customer-focused, confident, and goal-oriented.

Work Environment:
This role typically operates Monday through Friday, with a commitment of 45+ hours per week. It requires both office and fieldwork, including proactive administrative responses outside of standard business hours.

Travel Requirements:
This position necessitates travel within designated markets.
