Position Summary:
The Sales Executive will take charge of the entire business-to-business sales cycle, which includes prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong background in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and close prospects through the established sales process.
  • Identify and cultivate new leads in targeted market expansions.
  • Engage potential customers through various channels including in-person meetings, emails, and phone calls.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance business development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of the sales process using the company CRM.
  • Research and connect with decision-makers within potential client organizations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations teams to understand service delivery requirements.
  • Prepare detailed quotes using company proposal software.
  • Conduct thorough security assessments to address customer concerns.
  • Plan and forecast meetings and sales activities effectively.
  • Manage daily sales resources and time efficiently.
  • Engage in weekly team meetings to strategize marketing efforts.
  • Communicate market insights and customer feedback to senior management.

Success Factors:
As a Sales Executive at S3 Security, your objective is to manage the sales process from lead generation to closure. This involves:
  • Conducting 10-15 outbound visits or calls daily to prospective clients.
  • Regularly connecting with in-process customer prospects to identify needs and follow up on proposals.
  • Continuously sourcing new sales leads to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Evaluating potential customers to ensure alignment with company criteria.
  • Participating in a structured market ramp-up period as defined by your sales manager.
  • Exhibiting a competitive spirit and a collaborative mindset.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
  • High competitiveness, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to devise innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and social media platforms.
  • Effective time management and decision-making skills.

Work Schedule:
Typical working hours are Monday through Friday, with expectations of 45+ hours per week. This role requires both office and fieldwork, along with administrative responsibilities during non-business hours.

Travel Requirements:
This position involves travel within designated regions as necessary.
